Shipping policy
Key Optical Europe S.r.l. ships throughout Italy and EU countries on business days, from Monday to Friday, using a courier service.

Deliveries are made on business days, Monday to Friday, and cannot be scheduled by appointment.
Key Optical Europe S.r.l. is committed to delivering the product to the Customer within 30 days from the order confirmation.
If an item is unavailable for any reason, the Customer will be notified within two working days after payment, and will be entitled to a full refund.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made in advance, as clearly indicated in the order form.
For credit card payments, Key Optical Europe S.r.l. accepts Visa, MasterCard, Visa prepaid cards, and American Express.
In the case of advance bank transfer, the ordered item will be reserved for up to 5 days while waiting for payment confirmation.
The order will only be shipped once the amount has been successfully credited to the account of Key Optical Europe S.r.l.

CHECKING GOODS UPON DELIVERY
Upon delivery, the Customer is required to check:

That the number of packages delivered matches the number indicated on the shipping document

That the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise altered, including sealing materials (e.g. custom adhesive tape)
Any damage or discrepancies in the number of packages or information must be immediately reported to the courier by writing “accepted with reservation” along with the reason on the delivery document. Once the courier’s delivery document has been signed without reservation, the Customer cannot raise any objection regarding the external condition of the delivered items.
Any damage detected after delivery must be reported to the courier within 8 (eight) days of receipt.
Reports made after this deadline will not be taken into consideration. The Customer is fully responsible for the truthfulness of any statements made.
USEFUL INFORMATION
When receiving the product, the Customer must always check the condition of the parcel before signing the delivery. If the packaging shows dents or visible damage — or in any case of doubt — the shipment must be accepted with reservation, in order to preserve the right to claim for any damage to the contents. If the contents are found to be damaged, a complaint must be filed with the courier within 8 days of delivery, pursuant to Article 1698, paragraph 2 of the Italian Civil Code:
"Art. 1698 Extinction of actions against the carrier. The receipt without reservation of the transported goods, along with payment of the amount due to the carrier, extinguishes any claims arising from the contract, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the carrier. Claims for partial loss or damage not apparent at the time of delivery remain valid if reported as soon as discovered and no later than eight days after receipt.”
If the reservation is not expressed to the courier at the time of delivery, any transport damage will be the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
At the time of order placement, the Customer must provide complete and accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided, the package will be held in storage, and the Customer Service of Key Optical Europe S.r.l. will contact the customer at the email address provided. The Customer must reply within 24 hours with the correct address.
SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Without prejudice to any other terms listed herein and notwithstanding the Customer’s right of withdrawal, we are not responsible for delays in delivery or for any loss or damage resulting from late deliveries. The Customer accepts that a delay in delivery does not constitute a breach of contract and does not entitle them to cancel the order. Furthermore, we are not liable for any loss or damage due to items being lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been completed.
FAILED DELIVERY
Deliveries will take place Monday through Friday, during regular business hours, excluding national holidays, in accordance with the courier's procedures. Delivery is considered completed when the Products are made available to the Customer at the address specified in the order form.
If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the courier will contact the customer to arrange a new delivery. If direct contact is not possible, Key Optical Europe S.r.l. will send an email to the customer, who must reply within 24 hours.
In the event of force majeure, unavailability of transport, or unforeseen events that delay, hinder, or significantly increase the delivery costs for Key Optical Europe S.r.l., the company reserves the right to split, postpone, or cancel the delivery — in whole or in part — or to terminate the purchase agreement. In such cases, Key Optical Europe S.r.l. will promptly inform the Customer via the email address provided in the order, and the Customer will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid. No other claims or compensation will be accepted.
